During the latest meeting of the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, Aerospace and Aviation Education Program Coordinator Paula Kedy reported that efforts are underway to establish an Aerospace and Aviation Education Program at Sayre Public Schools.
Kedy said that she met with City Manager Guy Hylton earlier this summer regarding the program.
Similar programs have been established in area schools including Weatherford and Fort Cobb – Broxton Public Schools.
