NWS: Latest Western Oklahoma Tornado Rated EF-2

The National Weather Service released preliminary tornado ratings for two tornadoes that touched down on Sunday in Oklahoma.

Several tornadoes spun up and touched down during the early evening to late night hours in Oklahoma. Homes and structures were damaged or destroyed, and injuries have been reported.

National Weather Service crews have been surveying tornado damage throughout the state on Monday, announcing preliminary ratings for two tornadoes.

Authorities said crews found at least EF-2 damage outside Custer City as well as EF-2 damage southwest of Yukon near Page Airport.

The National Weather Service will provide more details as crews continue to gather information.
