Three in Critical Condition After Two Vehicle Crash Near Carnegie

A two vehicle accident near Carnegie that hospitalized three people is under investigation.

According to the collision report provided by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on OK-58, 1.5 miles north of Carnegie in Caddo County just before midnight Friday night.

OHP said the two vehicles involved included a 2002 Nissan Altima driven by 20-year-old Damian K. Rodgers of Carnegie and a 2017 Toyota Yaris driven by 19-year-old Sunni C. Phillips of Lawton.

Troopers said the Toyota also had a passenger, 19-year-old Kelsey G. Knight of Piedmont.

The report said the two drivers and passenger were all flown to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City where they were all admitted. The press release said all three were listed to be in critical condition.

OHP said the cause of the crash and the conditions of the two drivers remains under investigation.
