
The Women’s College World Series (WCWS) kicked off this morning in Oklahoma City after a rain delay of about an hour and a half.
UCLA Wins Game 1
Game 1 saw UCLA emerge victorious, scoring three runs in the sixth inning to secure a 4-1 win over Alabama.
Oklahoma Leads Duke
Three-time defending champion Oklahoma leads Duke 4-1 through three innings at Devon Field. Kenzie Hansen and Allanah Torres hit back-to-back two-out, two-run home runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to overturn a 1-0 deficit and put Oklahoma ahead 4-1.
Night Session Lineup
The night session promises more excitement with Texas facing Stanford in the opening game, followed by Oklahoma State squaring off against Florida.
