High School Football Rankings

As we gear up for an exciting Week 9 of high school football, the latest rankings from all three major polls have hit the gridiron. Let’s break down the standings and see who’s leading the pack in each class.

Class 4A Rankings:

In Class 4A, there’s a consistent lineup of top teams across the Oklahoman, AP, and Tulsa World polls. Wagoner claims the throne in the OK, while Poteau secures the top spot in the AP rankings. Clinton stands strong at #7 in both, while Elk City holds steady at #10. Tulsa World throws a slight curveball, placing Wagoner at the summit and slotting Clinton at 8. Notably, the Elks make way for Sallisaw at the 10th position. This week, we’re in for a treat with three face-offs between these top 10 contenders. The clash between Poteau and Ada will determine the District 4 champion, a potential opponent for Elk City in the second round. Meanwhile, the battles in District 2, featuring Blanchard against Bethany and Tuttle hosting Newcastle, will significantly impact the playoff matchups in District 1.

Class B Rankings:

Turning our attention to Class B, Seiling maintains its dominance, seizing the #1 spot across all three polls. Class C Rankings:

In the Oklahoman, MVG lands at a respectable 5th position. AP and Tulsa World align in placing MVG at a commendable 6th.
