The final set of Pre-Christmas high school basketball rankings were released this week.
In Class 4A girls rankings, Weatherford’s 4th. On the boys side in 4A, Weatherford’s 17 and Clinton’s 18.
In 2A girls Merritt’s 10th, Hobart comes in 15. On the boys side, Hinton’s 9th, Mangum’s 18 and Hobart’s 19.
In Class A girls, Hydro-Eakly’s 1, Seiling 2, Navajo’s 9th, AB checks in at 12.
In Class A Boys, Hydro-Eakly’s 1, AB 5th, Calumet 6th, Vici’s 12, Canute’s 13, and Seiling checks in at 20. Hammon’s #2 in Class B girls, L-S is 4, Duke’s 5th, Arnett 8, Erick’s 15th and MVG is 19.
Class B Boys has, MVG 3rd, Duke’s 5, Big Pasture’s 9, FCB 10, Sentinel’s 16th.
Class A and B rankings will be locked in on January 10th for playoff positioning the week after most teams return to action with tournament play.
Class 2A-4A will get most of the month of January to improve their positions before the rankings get locked the first week of February.
