The Elk City High School baseball team kicked off the 4A Regional tournament with a big win against Mt. St. Mary this morning at Ackley Park. The Elks dominated the game, shutting out their opponents 4-0 to move on to the winners bracket contest later in the day.

Church Dominates on the Mound, Elks Score Solo Homers
Sr. Cooper Church was the standout player of the game, pitching all 7 shutout innings while striking out 8 and walking just 1. He scattered only 4 hits throughout the game. Offensively, his brother Collin and Aiden Hopper each hit a solo homerun to put the Elks on top.
Elk City Advances to Face Winner of Chickasha/Sulphur
