A Sayre man was arrested last week on a complaint of child sexual abuse.
The felony charge was formally charged Monday in Beckham County District Court.
According to court records, 62-year-old Robert Brad Spitzer was arrested on March 2 on the complaint after Sayre Police were notified of the alleged crime by the victim’s parents.
Bond was set at $100,000. A court date is pending.
