More training for Beckham County school personal was held recently says Sheriff Derek Manning.

He said this event took place last week on the Elk City campus of Western Technology Center and was conducted by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. He said not only did administrators from local schools attend, so did local law enforcement.

Manning said along with school administrators and law enforcement, all of the county’s school resource officers were in attendance as well.
