Police have located an Altus woman and her husband, who went missing last month, in Texas.

Court records show that Elizabeth Lee had filed for a protective order against her husband, Jeremy Bearden, just one day before her disappearance nearly two weeks ago. Bearden went missing around the same time.

Altus Police report that the couple was found west of Galveston, Texas, on Sunday morning. Bearden has been arrested and faces charges in Texas, including violating a protective order. He will be returned to Oklahoma after addressing the new charges.
