Three people died in a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Caddo County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Troopers also said a passenger in one of the vehicles from Elk City was critically injured.

An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report says a 2020 Toyota Yaris was traveling south on U.S. 281 near Gracemont shortly before 6 p.m. when it crossed the center line and collided with a 2014 Chrysler 200.

Both drivers and a passenger in the Chrysler were pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said a 52-year-old man from Elk City was taken to OU Medical Center in critical condition.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol did not release two of the victims’ names or the passenger’s name pending next of kin notification. The person driving the Toyota was identified as 27-year-old Evilsizor Antoinette of Cottonwood, Arizona.

OHP said the condition of both drivers along with a cause of the collision remain under investigation.
