Eight Students to Compete in Miss SWOSU Scholarship Pageant

The annual Miss SWOSU Scholarship Pageant will be held on Saturday, November 11 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) Weatherford campus.

This year, eight contestants are competing for the Miss SWOSU crown, listed below.

Hannah Jo White – Elk City, OK

Gabrielle Clayton – Clinton, OK

Gabby Spieker – Sayre, OK

Macey Buss – Weatherford, OK

Jarika Estes – Walters, OK

Kimmy Jones – Bristow, OK

Hallie Calvin – Synder, OK

Mackynsie McKedy – McLoud, OK

Advance tickets are priced at $10 for non-SWOSU students and $5 for SWOSU students and faculty. Tickets at the door will be available for $15. Advance tickets are available from each contestant and in the SWOSU PR & Marketing office, room 205 of the Hays Administration Building.

The Miss SWOSU Pageant promises an entertaining evening with performances by Kendi’s School of Dance students and the SWOSU Jazz Band. The current Miss SWOSU Megan Bradley of Leedey and Miss SWOSU Teen Landri Jones of Weatherford will also perform during the evening.

This year, please note that the Miss SWOSU Teen competition will not be held.
