Clinton Man Wanted – Public’s Help Requested

The Clinton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive from justice.

In a Facebook post, Clinton Police said Custer County District Court has an active warrant for 38-year-old, Jerimiah Roque after being charged for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police say Roque is wanted in reference to an assault with a pistol that occurred March 15, 2022.

Police also warn that the suspect has a history of weapons charges and is considered to be armed and dangerous at this time.

If any one knows the whereabouts of Roque, to contact the Clinton Police Department or your local law enforcement agency.

Police say tipsters can remain anonymous.
