The 2024 Homecoming at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) is set for the week of October 26.

This year’s SWOSU Homecoming theme is “Dawgs Through The Decades.”

Longtime SWOSU benefactor MA+ Architecture is the Official Sponsor of the 2024 SWOSU Homecoming, providing generous financial support for a wide variety of gatherings, recognitions, and events during the annual celebration.

Key 2024 SWOSU Homecoming events include:

The 2024 SWOSU Homecoming Mixer, which will be held at the well-known Weatherford establishment, Jerry’s Diner, 1000 E. Main St., in Weatherford, 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Friday, October 25—registration accessible here.

The 2024 SWOSU Homecoming Brunch & Tailgate, which will be held at the Timothy T. Day Business Enterprise Center, 1121 N. 7th St, (formerly called the SWOSU Conference Center, located just west of/across the street from Milam Stadium, facility #32 on the map accessible here), 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 26—registration accessible here.

The 2024 SWOSU Homecoming Parade, which will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 26. Parade Entry Forms are accessible here and Marching Band Entry Forms are accessible here. Parade Entry Forms and Marching Band Entry Forms must be submitted no later than October 16.

The 2024 SWOSU Homecoming Football game, which will see the SWOSU Bulldogs Football team take on the Southeastern Oklahoma State University Savage Storm on Flex-Chem Field at Milam Stadium with a 2:00 p.m. kickoff. Tickets accessible here.

Traditionally, SWOSU honors its Fifty Year alumni with medallions during its Homecoming festivities. 1974 SWOSU graduates (or other SWOSU graduates who have not yet received their Fifty Year Medallions) who would like to be recognized with Fifty Year Medallions are advised to register for the Homecoming Brunch by clicking here so that they can be honored by SWOSU President Dr. Diana Lovell and the SWOSU Alumni Association.
