Arapaho, OK – Former Weatherford city employee Todd Alan Earp pleaded guilty to 10 sex-related charges Monday in Custer County District Court. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison, with 15 years deferred.
Earp was charged with the crimes in February 2024 after soliciting nude pictures from teenage boys.
According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, 40-year-old Earp was charged with, three counts of Engaging in Communication with a Minor for Sexual or Prurient Interest by Use of Technology, two counts of Executing a Scheme with Intent to Obtain Money or Services by Means of False Representation, and three counts of Soliciting and Engaging in Prostitution Within 1,000 Feet of a School – all felonies.
Court documents show that Earp, who worked as the assistant director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Weatherford at the time and has also served as a board member for the Miss SWOSU Pageant and assistant director of OK Kids, began talking to two 15-year-old boys he met when he was a driver’s education instructor from October 1 to November 30 and had requested the boys send nude photos to him in exchange for money.
