A Clinton man is wanted after being charged with intimidation of a witness, a felony, in Custer County District Court.

According to court filings, the charge levied against 24-year-old Andrew Dolten Arnold was filed on August 15 after the probable cause affidavit claimed that Arnold made the threats against another man on Snapchat.

The court document stated that the authorities spoke with the defendant’s former manager about the threats. He would say that Arnold was terminated from the place of business after allegedly threatening another employee with a gun.

The manager would show authorities screenshots of of posts made by Arnold that showed one picture with the words “snitches get stitches” written on it, and another showing names from a witness list regarding the case involving his termination, with the words “hit list”.

The affidavit stated that authorities were able to make contact with Arnold where he admitted to allegedly making the posts. He would say that he noticed that someone had screenshot the photos, which he then deleted the posts and left the state.

Arnold is due in a Custer County Courtroom on September 6.
