An altercation that involved firearms and a fight inside the Love’s Convenience Store on the east side of Elk City early Thursday morning has led to multiple arrests.

Captain Sammy Weygand with the Elk City Police Department says the investigation into the incident is early, but appears to be between two biker gangs that just happened to come across each other at the store, sometime around 2 a.m. Thursday.

Weygand said during the fight, one member pulled a gun and held it against a rival gang member’s head “execution style” before taking off his vest.

Weygand added that one of the biker gangs was from Oklahoma, however the other was a branch from Pennsylvania. He said charges related to the fight are pending as authorities are still investigating the incident. He said as a result of the fight, the store had to close its doors in order to be cleaned.

He said no pedestrians, including store employees, were hurt during the fight.
