
Elk City, OK – Elk City residents are in for a holiday treat as the Oklahoma City Philharmonic returns with its spectacular seasonal concert, “Merry & Bright, Songs of Christmas,” on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025. The performance will take place at the Kelli O’Hara Center for Performing Arts, located at 1221 N. Pioneer Road.
The evening will feature Maestro Alexander Mickelthwate leading the OKCPHIL through a heartwarming program of Christmas favorites, celebrating the sights, sounds, and spirit of the season. This year’s concert will also showcase special appearances by the Elk City Intermediate Choir and Elk City Middle School Choir, adding a hometown touch to the holiday festivities.
The Elk City Arts Council, host of the event, encourages families and friends to come together for a night that captures the joy and nostalgia of Christmastime. With sparkling arrangements, classic melodies, and the magic of live orchestral music, the concert promises to be one of the community’s most memorable holiday traditions.
Doors open at 7:30 pm and the performance begins at 8 pm. All seating is reserved.
