Elk City, OK — Costumes, candy, and downtown storefronts will set the scene for Moonlight Madness on Wednesday, Oct. 23, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Downtown District.
Families can trick or treat with downtown merchants. Community groups and businesses located outside the district will line up for trunk-or-treat. A costume contest will be held for children ages 0–10, along with a contest for leashed pets. Vendors will be set up throughout the evening, with activities and surprises spread around downtown.
Moonlight Madness is a family favorite in Elk City, organized in partnership with the Elk City Chamber of Commerce and Visit Elk City. Costumes are encouraged, candy is promised.
