Grab your fishing gear and head over to Ackley Park for a morning of outdoor adventure! Whether you’re an experienced angler or just starting out, this event is perfect for kids of all skill levels. Plus, we have some exciting surprises in store for you!
We’re thrilled to announce a special award for those who catch the specially marked big fish – worth a whopping $100! So, keep your eyes peeled and your fishing skills sharp because you never know when you might reel in the big one.
But that’s not all! In addition to the fishing derby, we’ll also be hosting PRESIDIO Family Day in the Park. After you’ve cast your lines, be sure to check out the mini golf course, carousel, and train rides, which will be available until 2:00 PM. It’s a day of endless fun and entertainment for the whole family!
And guess what? We’re giving away free T-shirts to all participants, so you can show off your fishing spirit in style. We’ll also have loaner fishing poles and bait available while supplies last, so even if you don’t have your own gear, you can still join in on the fishing fun.
