Weatherford, OK – Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) is pleased to announce a generous charitable gift from former SWOSU President Dr. Joe Anna Hibler to fund the purchase of a new mailroom van to support campus operations.

Dr. Hibler’s gift ensures the university can replace its current aging vehicle with a dependable van that will provide efficient mail and package delivery services across campus. The new van will enhance reliability, improve safety, and ensure timely service for academic and administrative departments.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Hibler for the generous support of the SWOSU Mailroom,” said Mailroom Manager Wanda Owens. “This gift provides a much-needed vehicle that will strengthen our ability to serve the campus community efficiently and reliably each day. Her investment makes a meaningful impact on our operations and the overall student experience.”

SWOSU expresses sincere appreciation to Dr. Hibler for her thoughtful support and ongoing dedication to the university’s mission.
