Blair, OK – The Blair Police Department has enlisted the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) to investigate allegations of misconduct involving a teacher and student at Blair High School.
Following an investigation by OSBI special agents, probable cause was established, leading to the execution of a search warrant at the residence of 30-year-old Brittany Lee Gray, a former counselor and teacher at the school. Evidence revealed that Gray had engaged in inappropriate communication and physical contact with the student on multiple occasions.
On January 24, 2025, Gray was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on charges of Rape and Destroying Evidence.
The OSBI extends its gratitude to the Blair Police Department, the District 3 District Attorney’s Office Task Force, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit Task Force for their collaboration. Blair Public Schools also provided crucial cooperation throughout the investigation.
