Elk City Officials Investigate Water Bill Complaints

After receiving a large number of complaints regarding high water bills, City of Elk City officials say they’ve been looking into the matter in an effort to determine if there is indeed a problem.

City Manager Tom Ivester says the majority of complaints have come via social media which had city officials dig even further into the potential problem.

Ivester says the best and most efficient way to ask a question about city services or bills is to call city hall.
