The collision report of a two vehicle accident that injured a juvenile in Weatherford has been released.

According to the report provided by the Weatherford Police Department, the accident occurred just before 5p.m. January 2 when officials said a 2014 four door Honda driven by the juvenile was traveling west on E. Main Street approaching the intersection of Kansas and Main. Authorities said at the same time an emergency vehicle described as a 2016 Chevrolet Pickup driven by Jeremy Caudill was approaching the intersection with his lights and sirens on.

The report stated that Caudill was in the process of responding to a separate accident.

The report stated that the Honda’s traffic control light was green and the Chevy’s light was red. The juvenile would enter the intersection at the same time the emergency vehicle was attempting to clear the intersection. Authorities said the Honda’s front bumper would strike Caudill’s driver side door.

The report stated that the juvenile was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital. However, the severity of the injuries was not listed.

Caudill was not injured in the mishap.
