Custer County, OK – A Brooklyn, New York man is facing felony drug trafficking charges in Custer County after authorities allege he was caught transporting more than 25 pounds of marijuana.

Quan Chen, 46, was formally charged in Custer County District Court with one count of trafficking in illegal drugs (marijuana), a felony under Oklahoma law. Prosecutors allege the incident occurred on September 2, 2025, when Chen was stopped along Interstate 40 at Mile Marker 75.
