One Injured in Caddo County Collision

Caddo County, OK – A two-vehicle crash in rural Caddo County sent one man to the hospital Wednesday night.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the collision happened around 9:25 p.m. on August 13 at the intersection of County Street 2580 and County Road 1100, about 5.5 miles north and west of Lookeba.

Troopers say a vehicle driven by 72-year-old Danny R. Wilson of Lookeba was involved in the crash with a vehicle driven by 61-year-old William R. Hinkle of Hinton.

Wilson was injured and transported for treatment. Hinkle was not hurt.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. No passengers were in either vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation, and OHP notes the details are preliminary and subject to change.
