Clinton, OK – A Clinton man is facing serious felony charges after authorities say he distributed fentanyl within 2,000 feet of a school and in the presence of a minor.
Andrew Martinez Ramirez, 36, was charged in Custer County District Court with two felony counts — distribution of controlled dangerous substances (CDS) and conspiracy to distribute. Both charges stem from a February 2025 controlled purchase involving a confidential informant and undercover narcotics agents.
According to court documents, Ramirez allegedly conspired with Bradley Allen Cometsevah, 48, of Clinton, to sell fentanyl and methamphetamine to a confidential informant working with the District II Drug Task Force. The transaction reportedly occurred at a motel just 1,659 feet from the Clinton High School Track. Authorities say the exchange involved $200 in marked bills for a small quantity of fentanyl.

His next court date is scheduled for August 20.
Investigators say the fentanyl was later tested by the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation Forensic Science Center and confirmed to be less than one gram in weight.
Ramirez, who has a prior record, faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine ranging from $25,000 to $200,000 if convicted. His bond was set at $40,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 22.
The case is part of an ongoing investigation by the District II Drug Task Force and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
