Two men were arrested on October 16 after allegedly threatening a juvenile with an assault rifle, according to the Clinton Police Department. Aldan Ray Whiteshirt and Lucious Eckiwaudah, both 21, were taken into custody following a reported break-in at a local residence.

Police responded to reports of suspicious activity at a home where two men, one armed, had entered without permission and threatened a juvenile. By the time officers arrived, the suspects had fled.

A search warrant was issued for the suspects’ location, and during the search, officers found an “AR-style rifle.” Whiteshirt, Eckiwaudah, and a third person were taken in for questioning, though the third individual was later released.

Whiteshirt faces charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree burglary, and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction. Eckiwaudah faces similar charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and first-degree burglary. Police say video evidence connects both men to the incident.

The investigation is ongoing, and both men remain in custody awaiting further legal action.
