Two daycare employees in Hobart have been charged with child neglect in Kiowa County after an OSBI investigation.

Little details into the case were given, however in a press release provided by the OSBI, the Kiowa County District Attorney’s Office requested the OSBI to investigate alleged child neglect at the Community Action Development Corporation Head Start in Hobart.

Based on the information and evidence gathered by OSBI special agents, an arrest warrant was issued for 40-year-old Pamela Siesser and 43-year-old Crystal Edmundson on charges of Child Neglect. Both individuals were employees at the Head Start facility.

On July 24, Siesser and Edmundson turned themselves into the Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office and booked into Kiowa County Jail.

The OSBI would like to thank the Kiowa County District Attorney’s Office and the Kiowa County Oklahoma Sheriff’s Office for assisting with this case.
