BKSO App Helps Locate Missing Juvenile

The Beckham County Sheriff’s Office App is getting credit for helping locate a missing juvenile from Elk City last week.

Sheriff Derek Manning said when the alert of the missing juvenile went out, Elk City Police received numerous tips that lead authorities to locating the child.

Manning encourages citizens to download the app and to enable alerts. He says right now, the app has at least 5,000 users with the number continuing to rise.
