A Weatherford man was charged in Custer County District Court on Monday after allegedly soliciting nude pictures from teenage boys.

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, 39-year-old Todd Alan Earp was charged with three counts of Engaging in Communication with a Minor for Sexual or Prurient Interest by Use of Technology, two counts of Executing a Scheme with Intent to Obtain Money or Services by Means of False Representation, and three counts of Soliciting and Engaging in Prostitution Within 1,000 Feet of a School – all felonies.

Court documents show that Earp, who works as the assistant director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Weatherford and has also served as a board member for the Miss SWOSU Pageant and assistant director of OK Kids, allegedly began talking to two 15-year-old boys he met when he was a driver’s education instructor and from October 1 to November 30 had requested the boys send nude photos to him in exchange for money.

Earp’s bond was set at $150,000. His next court date is scheduled for March 29.
