85th Annual Elk City Rodeo of Champions This Weekend

The 85th Annual Elk City Rodeo of Champions starts its three day run tonight at Beutler Brothers Arena in Ackley Park.

Highlights this year include Tough Enough to Wear Pink night tonight where fans are encouraged to wear pink to show awareness of breast cancer. Tonight is also Dr. Pepper night where kids ages 12 and under get in free with a Dr. Pepper Can.

Promoter Ruth Nicholas reminds the public on how to buy tickets online and how to avoid being scammed.

This year’s Rodeo of Champions Parade, one of Elk City’s biggest parade of the year, will travel along Main, 3rd, and Broadway Streets starting tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.

The rodeo will start each night at 8 p.m.
