The Class 4A State Baseball tournament is set to begin tomorrow at Edmond Memorial, and the Elk City Elks are making back-to-back appearances. This marks the 13th state tournament in the Elk City program history, and they are still looking to clinch their first state title.
The Elk City Elks will face off against Oologah-Talala at 1:30, and the rest of the bracket looks like this tomorrow at Edmond Memorial. The first game is Tuttle and Ft. Gibson at 11:00. The Elks and Oologah-Talala will follow at 1:30. Blanchard faces off against Pryor at 4:00, and the nightcap is Lone Grove and Cushing at 6:30.
For those who cannot attend in person, we have good news. You can watch the Big Elks and Oologah-Talala live-streamed on bigelktv.com tomorrow afternoon. We can also live-stream a possible semifinal on Friday before being forced to go radio-only for a potential state championship game on Saturday.
