According to the probable cause affidavit, 37-year-old Edward Lamont Parker received one felony count of leaving the scene of an accident involving injury in Custer County District Court on April 12, when while driving a 2009 Honda collided with and struck a car occupied by a woman, and then fled the scene.

As a result, the victim in the hit car suffered a large cut to her left elbow requiring stitches.
