A Clinton man is wanted in Custer County after being charged with five felony counts of aggravated trafficking illegal drugs after an investigation involving undercover agents and a confidential informant revealed that the defendant was allegedly selling methamphetamine.

Court documents suggest that the man may be part of a local drug trafficking network.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, authorities began investigating 57-year-old Michael Anthony Breaux by using the informant along with undercover agents to purchase a total of 18 ounces of meth on five occasions between May 31 and July 12.

The court document said a total of $1,920 was spent during the purchases.

During the process of investigating Breaux, agents also started to turn their attention to the man who they suspected was the distributor of the illegal drug.

That man, 32-year-old Davar O’Neil Pearson of Oklahoma City, would be arrested during an undercover operation in August, and charged with aggravated trafficking in illegal drugs.

As of press time, Breaux has not been apprehended.
