A dangerous cold front is forecasted to move into western Oklahoma Wednesday night and keep temperatures below freezing throughout much of the day on Thursday says Meteorologist Nolan Meister with the National Weather Service out of Norman.

A wind chill watch is in affect now until Friday at noon. Meteorologist say there is a slim chance of precipitation with this cold front, however very unlikely for western Oklahoma.

Temperatures are expected to return above freezing on Christmas Day Sunday.
