The Cordell Police Department is about to see some upgrades to both their building and their fleet.
During the latest meeting of the Cordell City Council, City Manager J.C. Moser says the council approved the purchase of a used 2019 Dodge Charger to be added to the police department’s fleet.
The approved purchase was for $22,100.
Moser says the council also approved to advertise for bids for repair work needed at the Police Department.
In other business, Moser says the council approved the latest version of the Cordell Police Department Policy Manual.
