Personal Injury Accident Rodgers

An SUV rolled an undetermined amount of times sending all three occupants to area hospitals.  A 3-year-old was air transported to Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the driver, 28-year-old Nelia Rodgers was treated and released at Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital following the Sunday evening accident in Washita County.
A 6-year-old male, juvenile was also treated and released at Carnegie, however, the 3-year-old male, juvenile was partially ejected during a roll-over and pinned for an undetermined amount of time before being freed by a passing motorist.  He arrived at Children’s Hospital in stable condition with leg injuries.
All are from Mountain View, Oklahoma.
The OHP report says Rodgers was northbound on State Highway 115 in a 2004 Chevy Tahoe traveling through a curve when she lost control and entered a broad slide.  The vehicle rolled coming to rest on its top.
All three occupants were wearing seatbelts but there were no child restraints being used, according to the report.
