Live Cattle were steady. Feb. live is 138.50, April live 142.00. Feeder cattle for Feb. 162.05, March feeders at 166.00.

Lean hogs for Feb. 80.80, April 88.57, May was 93.65.

Hobart Stockyards weekly sale is today so head on down ther.

Here are a few numbers from the sale Friday in Elk City with 1850 in the yard. Steers weighing 395 brought 206, 485 bruoght 204, 558 brought 185, 683 brought 160.50, 771 brought 162.25.

Some results from Western Oklahoma Livestock with over 1900 in the yard. Steers weighing 538 brought 193, 666 brought 165, 830 brought 156.75. Heifers weighing 486 brought 173, 612 brought 152, 704 brought 152.75.

Results from the Woodward Livestock cow and bull sale. Slaughter cows were bringing 57-71.53, slaughter bulls were bringing 70-93. Bred cows anywhere from 900-1510.

Cash grain prices were up slightly. HRW 7.34, corn 5.98, milo 5.96, soybeans 12.98, and cotton was down one penny at 1.19 a pound.

Today’s weather will be partly cloudy and much colder. Highs in the 40’s with north wind 20-30 mph.
