A Clinton man is wanted after being charged in Custer County District Court with two counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under the age of 16.

According to a probable cause affidavit for arrest, 21-year-old David Arizmendi Guadarrama was charged on Friday after it was revealed during an investigation that Guadarrama allegedly touched two underage females on multiple occasions between August, 2016 and June, 2017.

Court records revealed that both victims were family members of the suspect.

Authorities became aware of one of the instances after one of the victims, a female between the age of 5 and 8 at the time, would tell a counselor of the alleged crime.

While detained by authorities, Guadarrama would allegedly confess to the inappropriate behavior and, when asked if there were other victims, he would tell investigators that there was indeed another family member who was 10-years-old at the time, whom he had also touched inappropriately.

During a forensic interview of the second victim, she would reveal to police that Guadarrama did allegedly touch her as well.

Along with the two felony charges that were filed on Friday, an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Guadarrama was issued as well.

His bond was set at $30,000.

His first court date is scheduled for September 3.
