Clinton City Manager Robert Johnston says the Clinton Lake Water Treatment Plant rehabilitation project had a slight set back due to freezing temperatures from last month.
Johnston says although damage after the prolonged below freezing weather to the plant was not severe, he says repairs are underway.
Johnston says despite the winter weather, the rehabilitation project is still on schedule.
