Western Oklahoma Christian School officials say despite health concerns surrounding the ongoing pandemic, one of their biggest fundraisers will still take place.
The WOCS Hamburger Fry is taking place Friday at the Elk City Civic Center, with multiple options on how to enjoy the homemade food. Officials say carryout, curbside pickup, and delivery will be available at this year’s event.
WOCS representative John Thomas says fundraisers like this are important for the privately funded school.
Friday’s hamburger fry will serve lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children.
