A tire fire near Canadian, Texas Thursday afternoon looked worse than it actually was.
According to Hemphill County Emergency Management Director Judge George Bryant, the fire that formed an impressive plume of black smoke that was seen for miles caused no injuries.
Judge Bryant said it took officials nearly three hours to control the blaze.
