Four Juveniles Involved In Washita County Wreck

Four juveniles between the ages of three and thirteen were involved in a one vehicle accident Wednesday evening in Washita County.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Jacklyn Patton of Clinton was driving a 2008 Nissan Titan on a county road near Bessie when for an unknown reason departed the roadway to the right, struck a bridge curb and utility pole which caused the vehicle to roll an undetermined amount of times and coming to rest upside down.

The report stated that a 13-year-old male, and a 3-year-old female along with 77-year-old Natividad Calixto were transported to Clinton Alliance Health Hospital. The two youths were treated and released while Calixto was admitted. The report did not state the extent of her injuries.

Another 3-year-old female was transported to OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City and admitted for observations.

The driver, and a 5-year-old male were uninjured in the crash.
