OBI Blood Drive Camargo Weatherford

Oklahoma Blood Institute, OBI, is encouraging all healthy Camargo and Weatherford area residents to donate blood next week.
The blood drives will both be held on Tuesday.  The first one is sponsored by the Weatherford High School and will be held from 10 am until 3:15 on the high school stage in Weatherford.  The second one on Tuesday is sponsored by Camargo Bank 7 and will be held from 2 to 6 pm in Camargo.
These two drives follow one on Monday in Sayre.  The Monday blood drive, sponsored by Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s Students, will be held from 10 am until 3 pm at the Baptist Collegiate Ministries building on North Watts in Sayre.
Each donor will receive a select OU crimson or OSU orange, Bedlam-themed football T-shirt, health screenings and donor rewards points redeemable for items in OBI’s online store.  And, one lucky donor this fall will win a pair of tickets to the Bedlam football game on November 28 in Stillwater.
Health screenings and Donor Rewards points, redeemable for gift cards and apparel in OBI’s online store are also provided to donors.  Donors can support blood centers in underserved countries if they forgo T-shirts.
Donations can be made every 56 days by blood donors and it typically takes about an hour.
Oklahoma Blood Institute is the ninth largest, non-profit blood center in America, providing every drop of blood needed by patients in 158 state medical facilities including hospitals throughout Paragon Communications listening area.
