We have a big beautiful black mix breed - not sure what possibly Akita/Lab/Chow. Jake is appx 4 years old - we've had him since he was about 6 months old. Great disposition, housebroken, uses doggy door to come in and out. He was my son's dog and helped tremendously in his rebhab from serious illness 3 1/2 years ago. My son has moved and couldn't take Jake with him and I'll be moving myself as soon as my home sells, Won't be able to take him with me. He's intimidating to look at but has never showed any agression. He's a great watch dog. Very gentle around small kids. Jake needs a big yard or a farm to run around on and would love to have lots of attention. Loves to go for car rides and walks.

Mother is 1/2 yorkie and 1/2 maltese. Mother was bred to same but she got out once and was also bred to a white schnauzer - therefore, don't really know who the dad is. He's gorgeous, sweet, and housebroke and paper trained. I've had him one month but my older dogs don't care for him much. They bite him at least a couple times a day in the face. He's just tryuin g to play with them but they don't want to be bothered. He needs a home with a fenced yard and possibly a much younger pup to play with. He's shy around children but that could easil;y be resolved with socialization. He's all black and sweet and loves to play. My dogs are just too mean to him. He needs a younger family with a fenced yard but he is an inside dog and won't do well outside or on a chain. I will not even let him go to a home like that. He needs lots of love. He is free to the right people.
