It was announced Thursday that the Shortgrass Community Health Center will be providing COVID-19 antibody testing for the region. There are no requirements to be tested other than a minimum age of 18 years. Officials say if you have insurance it will be billed, but insurance is not required. Testing is by appointment only and all appointment times will be between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The first antibody testing event is scheduled to take place Thursday, May 28 at the Jackson County Health Department in Altus.
