State officials are getting a clearer picture as to when COVID-19 may peak in Oklahoma.

Public Affairs Officer for the Oklahoma National Guard, Colonel Tom Ivester says based on data from a study that is commonly referred to, even by President Trump, Oklahoma’s peak date appears to be later this month.

Colonel Ivester says as of today, there is no shortage of personal protective equipment. He also says the state currently has plenty of ventilators as well.

Colonel Ivester says the state has a goal of testing between 7,000 and 10,000 Oklahomans a week.
