According to the Regional Director for the County Health Departments in Southwest Oklahoma, more COVID-19 mobile testing sites will be available in the region in the coming days.

During a Facebook Live question and answer session on Friday, Brandie Combs says every county in her region will eventually have a drive-through pod available for testing.

Combs also details how fast testing results are coming back to the region once one gets tested.

It was pointed out that with more tests being administered, means the possibility of an influx of positive cases in the area.

One piece of advice Combs offered the public was to assume someone in the community has COVID-19 and to continue to practice social distancing, following the governor’s “safer-at-home” order, and to continue to wash and sanitize your hands as much as possible.
