The City of Elk City has recently “okayed” the budget agreement with the manager of the Elk City Pioneer Performing Arts Center. Justin Edigar says he’s been busy lining up new acts to perform this season, his fifth at the helm of the center.  He says the season is beginning in just a little over a month.

Ediger says the season doesn’t end there and he’s busy putting the rest of the year together, as well.

Ediger is looking ahead for some exceptional acts to book in an upcoming year to celebrate the center’s big anniversary.

Each year the performing arts year puts together four to five acts, either music based or comedy based, sometimes both. The season begins typically in September and ends in the late spring, usually in May.
